Roadmap

The college and career journey of Hazel Park School District graduates is full of exciting destinations, and every stop along the way helps you build skills, make connections, and prepare for what comes next. Each semester, Scholars can complete 8 Roadmap stops, including 2 required tasks and 6 optional tasks that you choose based on your interests and goals.

As you complete each stop, log your progress and upload proof of completion. Once you've successfully completed all 8 tasks, you'll earn a $100 Amazon e-gift card for that semester. The deadline for Fall semester is December 15 and Winter/Spring is May 15 every year.

Alumni Gift Cards

Currently enrolled alumni receive a $50 Amazon e-gift card 5 times per year for completing a comprehensive survey about their academic progress, FAFSA completion, and extracurricular involvement. Check your email regularly for this opportunity! Contact us if you aren’t receiving them.

SAP Success Plan

Students who apply for any of our scholarships but have below a 2.0 cumulative GPA or are not meeting Satisfactory Academic Progress are allowed one probationary semester to rebound and continue to be eligible for our scholarships through completing a Success Plan. The Success Plan provides targeted coaching focused on academic skill-building, goal setting, and accountability through mandatory biweekly meetings. The process is holistically designed to support academic persistence and progress toward degree completion.
