The Promise Zone Act

Funding for the program is provided by the State of Michigan through tax capture. In addition, the program is supported by partnerships and donations from foundations, businesses and individuals. Hazel Park Promise is a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and all donations may be tax deductable.
